Diwali
We learnt all about Diwali and the Hindu story of Rama and Sita.
We read the story of Rama and Sita and the children made puppets of the characters so they could re-enact it. We learnt about beautiful rangoli patterns and the children had a go at creating some of their own.
We also learnt about Diwali being the celebration of light and how important it is in the celebration.
In P.E we learnt some Bangra moves and the children enjoyed dancing to traditional bangra music.
