Odd and Even
The children were Recipricol Racoons and worked together to find out if a number is odd or even.
The children did a fantastic job remembering the steps to work out odd and even numbers. Some children remembered their double facts and were able to apply these!
"I know that 9 is odd because one group has 5 blocks and the other group has 4. 5 and 4 are different numbers, so that means it's odd."
"10 is even because it's 5 and 5"
