Varjak Paw wow day!

Many children came to school dressed as cats, but not just any cats... martial arts cats! This is because they were introduced to their new literacy book 'Varjak Paw'. To find clues about the book, the children had a scavenger hunt. They could then use the clues to make predictions. They then made some fantastic drawings based on the illustrations in 'Varjak Paw'. Finally, they learnt some martial arts as Varjak is a cat who has to learn 'The Way' to survive! It was a brilliant day full of lots of fun learning!
