Eco Club

It was wonderful to see Gavin today from Aldermoor farm. The pupils were encouraged to make scientific observations about their compost in a jar experiments. Gavin asked all the right questions and allowed them to make links themselves. They hope to use this compost to plant with in the spring. 

Today's activity was an insect house, built with wildlife in mind. We used bamboo, sticks, cardboard and wool to create cosy habitats in our playground.
