Supporting Transition to Year 7 – Sharing Information with Secondary Schools
At Highfield CE Primary School, we work closely with local secondary schools to ensure a smooth and successful transition for our Year 6 pupils. As part of this process, we share key information with receiving schools, including academic progress, special educational needs, safeguarding concerns, and social or emotional needs, to help them plan effective support and ensure continuity of care.
