New literacy topic!

The children have been reading the text 'Until I met Dudley' and immersing themselves in a range of explanation texts. They have loved looking at the child-friendly language and how the punctuation helps the writing to flow. This week, they began planning their own explanation text about how a toaster really works! It was fantastic to see the children sharing so many creative ideas and talking through their plans with such enthusiasm!
