5 a day fitness!

Ash base have discovered a really fun and exciting way to keep our bodies healthy. 5 a day fitness is a great way to spend 5 spare minutes (when we get them!). We have been dancing along to the jubilee dance, learning moves from the 50s to the 00′s! We have also found versions in French and Spanish so we are learning as we are getting fit too!
